Leicester Beer Festival 2013:
Excitement is brewing for a three day beer festival showcasing 25 of the country's finest beers, ciders and fruit wines.
The event – organised by the Friends of Leicester Samaritans – will also be host to an international cocktail bar, serving an array of cocktails, gins and vodkas, as well as New World wines.
There will be delicious local food and great music throughout the festival, which has been set up to raise money for the Leicester and Rutland Samaritans.
Last year's event had a great turnout and raised more than £3,000 over two days. This year's event will take place over three days, opening noon on Friday May 17 and finishing 3pm Sunday May 19.
The festival will be held at the Anne Elizabeth School of Dance, Church Road in Aylestone.
Tickets are just £4 entry on the door with a £2 glass deposit. For more details, see Facebook.com/SamsFriendsBeerFestival
